Find Winning Enzymes Faster Under Real-World Conditions

EnduraFAST helps enzyme teams see which candidates remain folded, stable, and worth advancing after heat, chemicals, low oxygen, time, and other process-relevant stress.

EnduraFAST Helps Screen Large Libraries for Enzymes Worth Advancing

EnduraFAST gives enzyme teams an earlier way to see which candidates remain folded and stable after process-relevant stress.

Challenge Libraries
Teams can challenge enzyme libraries with heat, chemicals, low oxygen, time, or other real-world conditions, then use fluorescence-based protein-state data to identify candidates that hold up.
Triage Sooner
That visibility helps teams triage libraries sooner, compare durability across process-like conditions, and focus deeper testing on stronger candidates with better evidence of holding up.

The Bottleneck Isn’t More Variants.

It’s Knowing Which Ones Matter.

EnduraFAST gives enzyme teams an earlier way to see which candidates remain folded and stable after process-relevant stress.

Enzyme teams are not short on possible candidates. They are short on clear, scalable ways to see which variants remain folded, stable, and useful under the conditions that decide real-world performance.

As libraries grow, the challenge is no longer just creating more options. It is identifying which candidates deserve time, budget, and deeper activity testing.

Multi-Conditions: Heat, Harsh Chemistry, Low Oxygen, more

Without better visibility, teams can spend downstream resources on candidates that look promising early but fail when real-world conditions get harder.

Modern Enzyme Engineering Challenges

Built on Thermostable Fluorogenic Reporter Science

EnduraFAST is built on hsFAST reporter technology developed at Los Alamos National Laboratory and described in peer-reviewed research.
The underlying system uses folding-dependent, oxygen-independent fluorescence to provide a protein-state readout associated with expression, folding, and stability under elevated temperature and other stress conditions.

In the published work, hsFAST was demonstrated as a translational reporter for protein expression and folding at elevated temperatures, including fusion experiments that distinguished stable from unstable partner-protein behavior under heat stress.

EnduraFAST applies that reporter logic as a commercial screening and triage platform for enzyme programs where stability and durability determine which candidates are worth advancing.

Built for Enzyme Programs Pushing Into Harder Conditions

As enzyme programs move into higher temperatures, harsher chemistries, oxygen-limited systems, longer runs, and more complex process environments, initial activity is not enough.

Start With Focused Pilot, Expand Into Large Enzyme Engineering Projects

A focused feasibility pilot can evaluate EnduraFAST with your enzyme, your stress conditions, and the decision your team needs the data to support. From there, the work can expand into high throughput screening including variant ranking to inform library design and shorten engineering cycle times. Additionally, we can perform broader stress mapping, time-based durability studies and scale up feasibility studies.

See What EnduraFAST Can Reveal Under Your Conditions

If your team is evaluating a target enzyme, variant set, or process-relevant condition, Endurazymes can help assess whether EnduraFAST provides useful protein-state visibility under the conditions that matter to your workflow.
The best first step is a focused feasibility discussion to define your enzyme, your stress conditions, and the decision your team needs the data to support.
